Aleksandra M Rogowska

Aleksandra Maria Rogowska is a professor at the Institute of Psychology, University of Opole (Poland, European Union). Her research interests include personality and individual differences, as well as health psychology, especially health behaviors in areas of the psychological factors underlying physical activity and sports, orthorexia, media-related behavioral disorders, and substance abuse. She has also published articles on mental health and well-being, particularly in times of crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
