Short Biography
I am an Epidemiologist and Biostatistician |MBChB(MUST), MCEB(MAK), ImS(UCSF)| MSc. Data Science | Postdoctoral Fellow Alumnus at Yale School of Public Health and a Research Associate at NYU School of Global Public Health as a Global Health Equity Scholar funded by NIH Fogarty International Centre.
I am currently focusing on quantitative methods for public health research and infectious disease modeling. I am a Co-PI on The Missed Vital Sign Project funded by Wellcome Leap ( https://wellcomeleap.org/the-missed-vital-sign/). My work involves developing and validating AI-driven predictive models for women and fetal health using longitudinal clinical, proteomics, vaginal microbiome and ultrasound data. My responsibilities include data management, model calibration and validation, missing data strategies, and building computational tools in R and Python for real-time risk stratification
