Bhupendra G Prajapati

Dr. Bhupendra G Prajapati is Professor in the Research Cadre at Parul Institute of Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy, Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat, India, with more than 23 years of academic and research experience in pharmaceutical sciences. He is actively involved in advanced research in nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems and has contributed significantly to interdisciplinary areas bridging pharmaceutical sciences and biomedical applications. Dr. Prajapati has also been engaged in academic collaborations and has participated in various national and international research and academic initiatives. He obtained his doctoral degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and has developed strong expertise in nanocarriers, lipid-based formulations, mucoadhesive systems, and targeted drug delivery. His current research focuses on nanotechnology-driven therapeutics, including polymeric and lipid nanoparticles, microneedle-based delivery systems, and AI-assisted formulation optimization for precision medicine applications. Dr. Prajapati has published over 300 research and review articles in reputed SCI-indexed journals and has authored several book chapters and edited volumes in the field of advanced drug delivery and nanomedicine. He serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for multiple international journals and has been recognized with several national and international awards for his contributions to research, teaching, and academic leadership.
