I am a Ph.D. in Genetics and Molecular Biology. I have more than ten years of experience in environmental biomonitoring and toxicological genetics, using molecular, mutagenesis, and genotoxicity techniques. I have technician skills in culture cells (mammalian and primary culture cells), implementation and monitoring of technical procedures involving handling biological materials, and conducting molecular and genetic tests analysis, such as Comet Assay (alkaline and enzyme), Micronucleus Test (in vivo, in vitro, oral mucosa, with cytokinesis block), PCR, and qPCR (telomeres measurement) and significant participation in research projects meeting specific demands and analyses.
