Dr. Li is Principal Investigator in the Department of Molecular Neuropathology, Beijing Neurosurgical Institute; Associate Chief Neurosurgeon, Department of Neurosurgery, Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University; Head of the Innovative Immunotherapy R&D Platform, Beijing Engineering Research Center for Targeted Therapy and Cell Therapy of Nervous System Tumors.
Dr. Li have long been engaged in elucidating the mechanisms of therapeutic resistance in glioma stem cells and developing innovative therapies. He have secured 3 national-level grants (including the National Natural Science Foundation of China) and 2 provincial/ministerial-level grants (including the Beijing Outstanding Young Scientist Fund). As first/corresponding author (including co-first/corresponding), he have published 31 SCI-indexed papers in high-impact journals such as Cell Metabolism and Brain, including 2 ESI Highly Cited Papers.
