Short Biography

I grew up in the south Brazil, alternating between Montevideo (Uruguay) and Porto Alegre (Brazil). Crossing the Pampas several times made me deeply interested in nature and biology. I've been an Associate Professor since 2016, moving from Ufrgs (Brazil) to UniPV (Italy) in 2023. I am interested in minima, maxima, and other optima in terrestrial locomotion & Sports Sciences. Pathological gait and distance running are very interesting areas to apply basic concepts of human locomotion.
