I am deeply engaged in the fields of sports performance, training, and functional rehabilitation, focusing on the exploration and analysis of human movement, both healthy and deficient. My research is grounded in biomechanics, kinesiology, and exercise sciences, providing a robust framework for understanding performance dynamics. Additionally, I serve as a sport coach in fitness, combat sports, and athletics, and hold certifications as a Master Trainer in fitness and Taekwondo, as well as a specialized trainer in combat sport physical fitness. This diverse expertise allows me to effectively bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application in enhancing athletic performance and rehabilitation outcomes.
