Raju Vaishya

I am an orthopaedic surgeon and researcher associated with Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi. With over 40 years of clinical and academic experience, my research primarily focuses on joint replacement, cartilage regeneration, and emerging technologies in orthopaedics, such as 3D printing. I have authored more than 1100 peer-reviewed publications and contributed to multiple medical books, reflecting a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and innovation. I have also played a key role in advancing cartilage science in India, including the establishment of an Autologous Chondrocyte Implantation centre. Recognised among the top 2% of global researchers, my work bridges clinical excellence with impactful translational research in musculoskeletal health.
