Seif El Hadidi

Dr Seif El Hadidi is a clinical researcher, critical care pharmacist and healthcare data specialist at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) and the National Office of Clinical Audit (NOCA). With a PhD in Cardiology Clinical Pharmacy and over 12 years of international experience, his work focuses on real-world evidence, cardiovascular outcomes, patient safety, clinical audit and digital health.

He has led and contributed to high-impact research using national and international datasets, including a 50,348-patient Swedish Heart Failure Registry study on inappropriate prescribing and outcomes in heart failure. His research has informed European Society of Cardiology scientific statements and supports the translation of clinical data into safer care, stronger health systems and evidence-informed policy.

Seif is particularly interested in transforming routine health data into actionable intelligence for quality improvement, equitable care and learning health systems.
