Short Biography

Dr. Xiaoxin Hao received his Ph.D. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, where he investigated the role of bone marrow niches in regulating hematopoiesis and leukemia development. From 2019 to 2024, he completed postdoctoral training in the laboratory of Dr. Xiang Zhang at Baylor College of Medicine (Houston), focusing on how solid tumors remodel the bone marrow hematopoietic ecosystem. In 2024, Dr. Hao joined the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College as an independent Principal Investigator and tenure-track Assistant Professor. The Hao Lab is dedicated to studying tumor-hematopoietic regulation and systemic effects, aiming to systematically dissect this interaction and develop new targeting strategies.
