Anna Sapino

She is recognised for her work on breast pathology. The key objectives of her scientific work are twofold: (i) improving the quality of diagnostic tests and innovating pathological diagnosis;

(ii) identifying and validating new biomarkers to enable a more personalised therapeutic approach, as well as improving the outcomes of established biomarkers for targeted therapy

The results of her studies have been presented at national and international meetings and published in peer-reviewed international journals. She has also lectured extensively at national and international meetings.
