Brhane is a senior public health specialist with over 16 years of experience in governmental health facilities and research institute. His expertise lies in clinical service, monitoring and evaluation, project management & leadership and implementation of research within the organizations.

Brhane's career is marked by excellence in clinical and technical service delivery and leadership across Primary Health Care Unit (PHCU) and district health office. Furthermore, Brhane's career experience is flourished by his extensive research project management and implementation. He has developed a deep experience in designing and implementing robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to enhance efficient and effective resource utilization, improve the efficiency and impact of health programs, and evidence informed decision making.
