I am a Chilean nutritionist, researcher, and university lecturer with expertise in public health, epidemiology, nutritional assessment, sleep, and chrononutrition. My research focuses on understanding how nutrition, sleep patterns, lifestyle behaviours, and social and geographical factors influence health across the life course. I am particularly passionate about interdisciplinary and applied research involving obesity, chronic diseases, maternal and child health, and population-based health data. I also have experience in research methodology, statistical analysis, scientific writing, and the design and coordination of clinical, community-based, and public health projects. I am especially interested in collaborations that translate scientific evidence into practical strategies for disease prevention and health promotion.
