Short Biography

I am a translational neuroscientist and data scientist specializing in Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. I work at the intersection of genetics, epigenetics, and proteomics to identify biomarkers and mechanisms that predict cognitive decline and disease progression.

Over the past 5+ years, I have led analyses within the European Alzheimer’s Disease Biobank (EADB), one of the largest AD consortia worldwide, integrating large‑scale GWAS, EWAS, and transcriptomic datasets. I design and implement analytical pipelines using mixed models, machine learning, and mediation/structural equation modeling to turn complex multi‑omics data into clear, decision‑ready insights.

I help teams and organizations to:

Discover and validate biomarkers for Alzheimer’s disease and cognitive decline

Design and analyze multi‑cohort and multi‑omics studies (GWAS, EWAS, TWAS, proteomics)

Build predictive models for disease risk, progression, and patient stratification

Translate complex statistical and biological findings into actionable recommendations for R&D and clinical strategy

I’m interested in collaborations with biotech, pharma, diagnostics, and consulting groups working on neurodegeneration, aging, and precision medicine.
